If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return your item to us within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price. Unfortunately, shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We'd also love to hear the reason you're returning the item since this will help us better serve you and our other customers in the future.
If you experience a problem with your clips, simply email us and tell us about it. We will repair the clip/s at no charge or completely replace your headband depending on the situation.
